Every time you place an order with us, your Fragonard Loyalty Account is automatically credited with loyalty points: €1 of purchase = 1 loyalty point (postage and packing charges excluded).

Loyalty points are valid for 2 years from the date of the last order. Unredeemed loyalty points will then expire.

If the product you ordered is not suitable, is defective or is not what you ordered, you may return it within 15 days of receipt, in its original packaging accompanied by the original receipt, to :

All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and payable by you. We will exchange the product(s) (postage and packing costs payable by you) or, if you prefer, we will reimburse in euros using the same method of payment for the initial transaction, unless it is expressly agreed a different way, within 30 days following the receipt of the returned goods.
